Be a part of the digital transformation by becoming our new Digital Content Manager.

Working closely with country teams, you will elaborate the content strategy and the guidelines, improve content quality to align with the customer journey and digital requirements, and measure content consumption and results.

He/she will be in charge of:

Define and share the guidelines to support the production of effective content,
Foster the sharing of best practices to increase the expertise in the countries and efficiencies,
Understand the customers' insights to enable an effective content strategy,
Ensure the right positioning and coherence of the contents with the objectives,
Ensure that the content is optimized for digital channels and for SEO,
Produce or followup the production of the content and ensure that countries have easy access to it,
Raise the skills of local experts,
Provide insights on the consumption and performance of content and make proposals for improvements in order to optimize the return of investment,
Conduct competitive intelligence and keep uptodate with new trends.

Sessions, prospects, number of leads and their conversion rates.

**Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?

Master with 3 years experience at a similar position, ideally within a digital agency

A dual health/business background:
scientific training (pharmacist, doctor, biologist) + specialization in digital marketing/business school, will be an asset.

Indepth understanding of SEO and web analytics tools,
Advanced written communication skills,
Experienced with image and video creating tools,
Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices,
Experience in nurturing and nurturing tools.
Ability to capture opportunities and very customer oriented,
Creativity, providing innovative and differentiating ideas,
Good interpersonal skills, teamwork skills are a must,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Another language is a plus.
