Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for packaging development and improvement? We are seeking a dynamic R&D Engineer to join our team and lead projects from conception to delivery.

The R&D Engineer will independently organize and implement packaging development or improvement projects, coordinating various functions throughout the process to ensure successful outcomes.

**Main Tasks**:
Analyze needs and objectives outlined by commercial demand through the NPD process.

Plan project development phases and research requirements.

Coordinate resources and collaborate with relevant departments.

Identify technical solutions, propose choices, and ensure compliance with constraints.

Evaluate project budgets and assess overall costs.

Ensure design results and compliance with input elements.

Advocate for changes as needed, considering legislative and industrial requirements.

Assess project performance using selected indicators.

Participate in film improvements, problem resolution, and tool adaptation.

Travel abroad for seminars, tests, supplier meetings, etc.

Occasionally participate in cross-functional working groups.

Promote and ensure compliance with QHSEE rules and internal control rules.

**Skills/Knowledge Required**:
Project management skills.

Communication, organizational, and functional management skills.

Curiosity, tenacity, method, and autonomy.

5 years' higher education in chemistry, plastics, or materials engineering with a specialization in polymers.

5 years' experience in an industrial environment, ideally in packaging and food.

Mastery of materials behavior, expertise in polymer chemistry and rheology.

Ability to search for relevant information, propose innovations, and make informed decisions.

Possession of a valid driving license due to travel requirements.

Fluency in English and French.

Vous êtes un ingénieur passionné par le développement et l'amélioration des systèmes d'emballage ? Nous recherchons un Ingénieur R&D dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe et piloter des projets de la conception à la livraison.

L'Ingénieur R&D organise et assure de manière autonome la réalisation de projets de développement ou d'amélioration de systèmes d'emballage, en coordonnant les compétences des différentes fonctions tout au long du processus.

Participer à l'amélioration des processus et à l'adaptation de l'outil de production.

Déplacements à l'étranger pour séminaires, tests, rencontres fournisseurs.

Participer à des groupes de travail transversaux.

Respecter et promouvoir les règles QHSEE et les contrôles internes.
