Responsibilities
As our
Field Sales Director - Swiss Market, you will be representing ADP and all the (international) services and products that we can offer to our clients. Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities and make sure you close the deal. You will be directly reporting to the DVP and will have tight relationships with many stackeholders of ADP France & International to orchestrate the value proposition delivered to customer
Profile
- Must-Have: 510 years of sales experience within the HCM, payroll industry and vendors, large technology companies, partners, preferred in the environment of Global Enterprise Sales
- Proven proficiency in "Account Plan" development and implementation of related sales strategies to secure large Accounts
- Outstanding sales skills, broad management knowledge and ability to manage, communicate, create and provide leadership without line authority
- Experienced new business closure on international level;
- Driven by success, results and overachieving; Excellent communication skills, personal integrity and positive attitude;
- Knows how to act within an international matrix organization
- You are located in Nanterre, France
