- Accompagner la direction projets stratégique sur le processus financier M&A ( Business plan, comité d'investissement Sarp et Zone France) pour des deals entre 2 et 100M€ max
- Gérer le processus de due diligence (technique, juridique, assurance, fiscalité et comptabilité)
- Préparer les recommandations en particulier sur la partie financière pour le top management
- Développer une base de données des cibles et acquisitions futures pour la SARP
- Suivre et analyser les résultats des participations minoritaires en coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles
- Travailler sur de nouveaux business models, les modes de facturations ou de rémunérations afin de définir des nouveaux leviers de performance.
- Rechercher des mode innovants de financements des Capex (déconsolidation)
- Réaliser des diagnostics/audit ponctuels sur des sujets opérationnels
- Une expérience au sein d'une équipe M&A ou Transaction Services en banque d'affaires, cabinet ou en corporate.
- Des compétences en analyse financière et en modélisation.
- Une aptitude à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en équipe
- d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.

Description du poste
Au sein de la direction financière du groupe SARP et en étroite collaboration avec la direction projets stratégiques vous serez en charge du processus financier M&A. En tant que Chef de Projet M&A, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour soutenir la stratégie de croissance de SARP.

Qualifications
De formation ingénieur ou école de commerce avec 3-5 ans d'expérience vous avez :
