The mission of the Gas, Renewables & Power (GRP) business line is dedicated to lowcarbon energy in downstream gas, renewable energies and energy efficiency. GRP's objective is to provide the best lowcarbon energy solutions to TotalEnergies' customers.
Fraud and corruption are major legal risks for TotalEnergies.
The Compliance program and the fraud and corruption prevention approach are part of the evolution and reinforcement of the Company's Integrity policy as well as national and international conventions, laws and regulations.
In this context, we are looking for a Compliance Lawyer to strengthen our team.

Your main missions will be the following:

Under the supervision of the Anti-Fraud Coordinator, you will manage and process the alerts received and coordinate the actions carried out at the branch level with all employees and internal and external entities (law firms and other service providers) ;
Propose improvement measures to strengthen the processes to the entities concerned ;
Maintain the incident register and feedback sheets
Prepare periodic reports at the entity level and consolidate them, while ensuring continuous coordination with the corresponding antifraud entity at the Holding Company ;
Identify and implement the various actions necessary for the deployment and operation of the antifraud program within GRP, based on existing laws and directives, business procedures and recommendations issued in the framework of the Compliance Program:
Participation in the animation of the network of anti-fraud/anti-corruption managers, including awareness and training actions ;
Coordination with the Ethics, Legal and Internal Control teams to analyze and assess fraud and corruption risks and recommend corrective actions that can be applied at Branch level ;
Followup of reported alerts and incidents.
You have a degree in business law with a specialization in international law/compliance ;
You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, internal control or audit with a successful experience in the prevention/antifraud/corruption field ;
You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of a third language is a real asset.
