Danfoss is looking for a Senior Business Excellence Manager who can continuously drive improvement initiatives across our Drives EMEA commercial services and sales support organization by implementing best practices process optimization and capability building This role ensures alignment with strategic goals fosters a culture of excellence and supports operational efficiency and innovation In this role you will lead an international team of Business Excellence Consultants and work closely with colleagues in commercial support service delivery and sales as well as the segment functions to ensure that our customers get the best experience The job involves travel activity of approx travel days per year What You ll Be Doing As our new Senior Business Excellence Manager for EMEA you will ensure operational efficiency process excellence supporting the organization s goal of delivering excellent customer experience optimized sales operations Furthermore your areas of responsibility will be Analyze end-to-end commercial and sales support processes to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies or pain points Streamline administrative activities for our operational teams such as quote generation order handling CRM data management Drive projects or initiatives ensuring daily support for local super users running Communities Practice within EMAGlobally Deliver training coaching programs upskill teams in best practices tools systems Foster a culture accountability agility continuous improvement Work closely with Customer Services Sales Service Marketing IT other stakeholders aligning improvement efforts Ensure compliance company policies SLAs industry standards Manage setup activities dedicated tools e g CTI call flows Support managers compliance matters within commercial suppor What We re Looking For To be considered position must have years expereince continuous improvement project management customer service from Business Excellnce Support function international org Solid leadership experienc A Must Proven expereince driving operations improvements enhance effeciency commecial sales suport activies Strong knowledge pre-sales order handling complaints processes preferably indusry Strong knowledge cuatomer service sale tools systm Proficient problem solving driving cross-functional initiativs change managemnt Indepth understanding cuatomer servicce saelss suppor workflows Excellent communicatin stakeholdr managament abilities Cuatomer-focused mindset strong busines acumen On personal note drive motivate inspire those aroumd embracing ongoing changes challanges meet every day Known open mind comunicative approch enabling build relations cooperate cultures geogaphy Team Professional developement wellbeing truly matters fluently English verbally writen Last but not least high emplouee engagement always key priority us
