A Multibillion IT services and consulting company are looking to expand its Procurement team and is looking for a Strategic Buyer to enhance their procurement career.

Working in a multifaceted approach to transversally work internally, externally or lead initiatives at the global level.

Working in the global centre for art and culture two days per week, you will be provided the opportunity to work closely with industry leading senior buyers and category managers to enhance the strategic performance.

The opportunity allows you to autonomously work within the HR service procurement team, specialising in Temporary Labour.

Having a strong knowledge of the procurement process coupled with superb negotiation and contract management skills will be pivotal in managing transformational savings plans.

You will lead and support the network of internal customers by communicating good purchasing practices and managing supplier panel and performance.

Responsibilities of the Strategic Buyer for Temporary Labour:

Create framework contracts, renewals and Implement transformation projects
Leise with operational buyers to ensure the information with sourcing strategy is consistent
Increase the value to internal customers by adapting purchasing strategies to changes in the market
Deliver end to end tenders for temporary labour agencies, ensuring the business has consistent supply of specialist talent

Requirements of the Strategic Buyer for Temporary Labour:

Professional experience in indirect procurement with understanding of corporate and professional services with a adept knowledge of temporary labour
Strong foundational knowledge of running endtoend tenders from RFI, RFP, to negotiations and contract management
Fluency in French will be essential due to the role's focus within the French market and predominantly French stakeholder base
