In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for you to join the team as soon as possible as our newEngineering Data Methods & Tools Business Analyst (f/m)**:
You will join the Engineering Operations Enablers department (ETOE) being part of the Engineering Process, Methods & Tools and Data team (ETOEM).
The mission of the department is to deliver enablers to boost the efficiency in Engineering while providing added value to our customers, in terms of Strategy, Transformation, Processes, Methods and Tools, and Ways of Working.
Within Process, Methods & Tools and Data team (ETOEM), we collaborate with and work closely with Information Management, Central Transformation and Digital Transformation Office organizations to lead business transformation within Airbus Helicopters Engineering.

Airbus Helicopters has engaged its digital transformation with the objective to ensure the end-to-end continuity from the design to Helicopter manufacturing and maintenance, thanks to a unified digital tool chain.
Integrated into the End to End Configuration Management SQUAD, you will contribute to
digital products, systems or services definition needed by the Configuration Management lead function to achieve its operational objectives in front of all Helicopters (H/C) programs.
Your location
Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. It is located near the cities of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, which host a rich cultural and tourist offer. Close to the beaches of the Côte Bleue, it offers many options for water sports activities.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
As Data Analyst, you will
- develop, maintain and optimize the access to Engineering data and advanced analytics with a focus on the operational engineering teams support on their day to day activities
- improve the access to Engineering data
- have to understand the context of each use case and the value for the Engineering team in order to identify the appropriate data set needed thanks to the definition of necessary data products
- extract and integrate all structured and unstructured data from our source systems into the Core Data Layer
- develop, test and deploy analytics model supporting Engineering functions
- communicate results
- provide the necessary documentation
- work with an important variety of stakeholders and functional teams
- manage several projects being accountable for the delivery on time, on quality and on cost
- contribute to the digital transformation launched at group level being part of DDMS program
Desired skills and qualifications:
- 3 years experienced minimum
- Team spirit and good communication (active listening)
- Hacking mentality, creative, curious, agile
- Language: Python (pandas, pyspark), SQL, R
- Classical Business Intelligence solution: Spotfire, Google Analytics et Data Studio, Elastic
- Knowledge on Skywise and Palantir suite is a plus
- Advanced level of English
