Description
Responsible for the calibration, testing, and repair of customer equipment, including involvement in customer cases (technical support).


In this role, you will:


  • Perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment to ensure their proper functioning;
  • Conduct fault diagnostics, carry out necessary repairs, and perform final quality control checks;
  • Ability to analyze mechanical and electrical schematics, identify faulty components, and potentially devise technical workarounds in collaboration with our R&D department;
  • Conduct maintenance and/or repair operations onsite for certain clients;
  • Ensure traceability of each intervention through clear and precise documentation;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior quality service;
  • Maintain production and quality standards in accordance with company norms;
  • Communicate any irregularities regarding maintenance procedures;
  • Perform any other technical tasks related to customer service.

What We're Looking For:


  • Associate degree electronics, computer repair;
- +3 years in a similar role;

  • Certification and demonstrated skills in through hole and surface mount soldering and rework;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair sensitive electronics and electromechanical equipment;
  • Ability to multitask, employ effective time management, and work independently with mínimal supervision;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding service orders, quotations & support cases;
  • Ability to work with technical sales specialist and sales managers;
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency using MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and decentralized organization;
  • Experience with NDT products and/or materials evaluation equipment a plus;
  • Familiarity with networking a plus;
  • Availability for occasional travel.
