JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To create the operational and SAP/BAAN process risk evaluation report according to financial and analytical information for VC.

Key processes:
product definition, purchase, procurement, manufacturing, stocks, deliveries, logistics, sales and financial processes.


The result should be:

  • Create a process flowchart of the company
  • Integrate VC criteria if needed
  • Generate a risk evaluation report
  • Identify key performance indicators
  • Define improvement strategies
  • Establish a communication system to validate modifications and update the previous points if needed

REQUIREMENTS

Education:


  • Degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance or IT

Experience:


  • At least 45 years of relevant experience

Valued knowledge:

  • Ormazabal operational and IT processes
  • SAP modules (production, logistics, controlling, sales)
  • IT tools

Languages:

  • Medium/high written and spoken level of English and French
  • Knowledge of other languages would be an asset (German,)
