Job Purpose


The Compliance Transformation Officer will be responsible for the delivery of strategic, complex and cross-functional transformation projects within AXA IM Global Compliance Department.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Crime Officer, his role will be to firstly contribute to the implementation of ongoing Financial Crime technology and regulatory driven transformation initiatives, then in a second time to lead all major Compliance projects which require extensive coordination with AXA Group or AXA IM Business and Transversal Functions.


Key Accountabilities

  • The scope of this role will evolve over time from an exclusive support to AXA IM Financial Crime ongoing project execution to overseeing the implementation of a broad range of AXA IM transversal Compliance projects.

Duties will include the following:

  • Contribute to the implementation of Financial Crime (KYC, AML, and Sanctions) projects and activities.
  • Set up and launch Compliance projects by collaborating closely with key stakeholders across business, technology, and other functions to define project goals, governance, structure, milestones / planning / roadmap, KPIs, Change management plan, stakeholders' management.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, workstream leads/business experts and other teams involved (IT / nonIT) on the execution of the projects, and monitor progress against milestones, KPIs and budget (incl. savings tracking).
  • Identify key change management steps throughout the program life cycle and ensure that change management activities are appropriately anticipated and followed to ensure success of the project.
  • Identify and formalize any key issues and risks. Drive resolution and raise key decisions to the appropriate governance body.
  • Produce quality deliverables in collaboration with business & IT contributors (documentation of functional requirements, data analysis, change management plan, workshop, committee and training materials, etc.).
  • Work on internal initiatives to help build, expand, and strengthen the project change management capability throughout the organization. This can include supporting the development of key project and change management frameworks, compiling, and sharing of best practices and lessons learned and training etc.
  • Manage overall communication to all stakeholders (project sponsors/Steering Committee, Business Engagement Leaders, Managers).
  • Be the main point of contact point between AXA IM (Local and Global) Compliance and Technology teams on all Compliance IT related projects.
  • Ensure projects are successfully delivered in line with internal sponsors objectives, expected scope, deadlines and budgets. Guarantee a level of quality that meets the highest standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Technology Compliance Committee and the followup of the actions defined.
  • Carry out any assignment compatible with his function at the request of his superiors.

Votre Profil
Education/Qualifications

  • Relevant industry qualification or degree
Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Financial industry
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management and Transformation Programs.
Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of Asset Management business
  • Knowledge of Investor Protection, Financial Crime, Ethics & Conduct Compliance regulation and requirements.
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Excellent language skills in English and French
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Netreveal and SalesForce is welcomed
