Day in the life of Director of Finance, EMEA


A high-impact opportunity is available in France to lead the EMEA finance team and to partner with the Landauer business to deliver results.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for maintaining a strong controls and compliance environment including required statutory reporting. This position is also a critical partner to the Selling, Operations, Marketing, and Product organizations.

Through financial partnership and leadership, this position will help the business to understand results and see around corners as new strategies are developed and problems are solved.


Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver Monthly/Annual P&L forecasting and budgeting;
Complete required Statutory reporting;
Work with external auditors to complete regular financial audits;
Partner with the Business and Tax to manage transfer pricing;
Provide Financial transparency regarding performance and forecast to the business;
Lead team in developing value-added analytics.

Your Team

The Finance Director will lead a team of finance and accounting individuals located in Paris. The team is comprised of - 4 people and strong experience within the Landauer business. Experience

With a track record of partnering to deliver results while maintaining strong compliance and timeliness of reporting.
An undergraduate degree is required with a master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
CPA or equivalent preferred.

Personal Skills

This person will be proficient in accounting, data analytics, and business partnership with the ability to influence others.
