**Job Description Summary**: As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Gestion du planning : le planificateur projet supervise la gestion du planning projet en s'assurant de sa qualité et de son exactitude.
- Coordination : le planificateur projet collabore avec les autres planificateurs affectés au projet pour construire le planning de projet intégré. Il collabore également avec les différentes fonctions (Ingénierie, approvisionnement, fabrication) pour s'assurer de la qualité du planning et de son exactitude.
- Support à la gestion de projet : le planificateur projet appuiera le Responsable du planning de projet en lui fournissant les éléments suivants:

- Vision à 3-6 semaines des taches à effectuer.
- Risques liés au planning et plans d'action associés.
- Opportunités identifiées dans le planning. Le planificateur projet fournira des rapports de management de projet pertinents pour s'assurer que le Responsable de projet ait tous les outils nécessaires pour prendre les bonnes décisions pour piloter le projet en termes de budget et de délais.
- Support au client : le planificateur projet mettra à jour le planning ainsi que son avancement, en s'assurant que tous les rapports client sont fiables et peuvent lui être effectivement communiqués.
- Implémentation du projet de Planning Intégré : le planificateur projet s'appuiera sur les process approuvés et conduira de manière proactive l'implémentation des nouvelles initiatives permettant la mise en place d'un planning complètement intégré.

**Qualifications et compétences requises**:

- De formation universitaire (licence, master ou Ecole d'Ingénieurs)
- Forte expérience en tant que planificateur de projet
- Expertise du logiciel PRIMAVERA P6
- Connaissances supplémentaires sur les outils MRP souhaité
- Capacité à créer des rapports et indicateurs automatiques sous Excel, Smartsheets ou autre.
- Connaissance du secteur de l'éolien Offshore appréciée
- Anglais et français parlé et écrit indispensable

**Aptitudes requises**
- Aptitude à comprendre le statut d'un projet et à faire le lien entre le planning et la réalité de l'exécution du projet. Le planificateur projet doit comprendre rapidement les risques et opportunités du planning, et identifier et conduire les actions appropriées.
- Forte capacité de travail et motivation
- Le planificateur projet collabore avec une équipe de planificateurs et a de nombreuses interactions avec de nombreux acteurs projet. Il doit donc posséder de très bonnes qualités de communication et de travail en équipe.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Schedule management: The Project Planner oversees the project schedule management ensuring its quality and accuracy.
- Coordination: The Project Planner will be collaborating with the other planners allocated to the project as part of the overall integrated project plan. They will also collaborate with the execution functions (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) to ensure overall quality and accuracy of the schedule.
- Project management support: The Project Planner will support the Lead Project Planner and Project Director and as such will provide visibility on:

- Look ahead of tasks to be performed in the 3-6 weeks.
- Risks in schedule and mitigation actions.
- Opportunities in the schedule. The Project Planner will provide relevant reports to project management to ensure the Project Manager has all the tools required to make the right decisions driving on time and on budget project execution.
- Support with customer: The Project Planner will update and progress the schedule ensuring that all reports created for the customer are accurate and the current situation / challenges / opportunities can be communicated effectively.
- Implementation of the integrated project planning initiative: The Project Planner will adhere to the approved processes and proactively drive implementation of new initiatives leading to fully integrated planning.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Math/Science degree preferred) or equivalent knowledge/ experience.
- Deep and proven experience in project planning.
- Expertise in use of the Primavera P6 planning tool.
- Additional knowledge of MRP planning is desired.
- Ability to create reports and indicators on Excel, Smartsheet or other tools.
- Additional knowledge of Wind Offshore Industry is a plus.
