What would you work on ?:

Context
We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A Manager to reinforce our Finance Department. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support the company's growth goals.

You will work in close collaboration with all the teams of the company and will report directly to our Head of Finance.

Missions

Financial Data Master:

you'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, to uncover key insights and identify areas for improvement.

Forecasting Champion:

you'll lead our budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-term planning efforts, providing the financial roadmap for our strategic decision-making.

Tooling Energizer:

you'll spearhead the adoption and improvement of BI/Forecasting tools to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.

KPIs Crusader:

you'll play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing our company's financial KPIs, helping us stay on track towards our goals and find actionable insights.

Strategic Insider:

you'll create performance analysis and dashboards for our leadership team, delivering actionable information to support product development, pricing strategies and other business initiatives

Collaboration Catalyser:

you'll work closely with other teams to identify business growth opportunities and benchmark our performance against industry standards

Process Optimizer:

you'll actively contribute to updating and improving our processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

You have a Master's degree in Finance/Audit and 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Problem solving mindset with synthetic thinking
You are an Excel or GSheet master with proven modeling, analysis and rigor skills
Indepth knowledge of accounting principles
You like challenges, working in a team and evolving in a fast growing environment
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ideally, you have already worked within a startup and/or a SaaS company
