Job Description:

Within Vantiva Broadband & Video Division and inside the COO-PU Finance Team with a very fast changing environment, we are looking for a Finance Director in charge of Operations and Sourcing and managing a team of 2 persons.

The role is key for Finance Team and will be in charge of
-
Controlling of the Extended product Cost of Broadband & Video Division (product cost, component cost, Warranty, Royalty, Logistic, Non-Quality Costs, Manufacturing costs - about 2 billion of costs)

Definition of standard cost by product
Ensure Financial data quality and consistency especially regarding product cost roadmap
Monitor gap, report performance and analyze results for Management (both finance and business)
Report Spend and Performance
Followup Improvement plan on all cost categories (financial and operationally)

- **Transformation Finance Operations*

Lead transformation plans regarding all the perimeters to improve finance operations
Development tool base and data driven approach of Finance
Continue the Digitalization of Reporting and PowerBi automatic reports implementation for the perimeter

- **Business Partnering*

Provide Strong Finance Support to Operation & Sourcing departments,
Act finance solution owner in the context of the implementation / development of new tools (AGILE PLM for Sourcing, Kinaxis for Operations and Program Management)
Ensure communication to the full Division about the perimeter (product cost roadmap, improvement plan, etc )
Provide ad hoc support to Core Teams / Regional Business Centers on Cost topics

- **Manage a team of 2 people
(Sourcing/Logistic Controller and Royalty/Warranty Controller) + 1 intern**
