We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Leadership Facilitator to join our team.

As a facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering the Accor Global Leadership Programs, that inspire and empower individuals to unleash their full potential.

As part of your role, you will:

Facilitate customized leadership development programs that incorporate positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and human connection.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that promote selfawareness, team cohesion, and leadership excellence.
Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and growth.
Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or training.
Deep knowledge of positive psychology, strengthsbased coaching, and human connection.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles, cultures, and personalities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
Certification in coaching or facilitation is a plus.
Experience facilitating virtually and comfortable with a blended learning approach
