End User Support Engineer - Paris, France - Saragossa
Description

You'll be joining a global, elite Hedge Fund as their sole support person in their Paris office, covering 1st-3rd level support issues for up to 35 end users, including Traders.
Not only will you get the variety of the level of support you provide, but you'll also get the variety from a technical challenge, as you'll be supporting the Windows environment, some Linux, Citrix and financial applications including Bloomberg, Reuters and market data applications.
You'll need strong automation experience, ideally using PowerShell. You'll be able to suggest new technologies to use if you feel they will improve the environment, so keeping an ear to the ground on new technologies and exploring new options will also be part of your role.
