Job Description:

We are currently seeking a HR Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Paris.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working on various HR topics covering France, Monaco, Spain and Portugal.

Recruitment-Integration and employees follow-up- Giving support to the HR Manager in all the daily activities related to employees' life-cycle events in the Company (hiring, onboarding and people management)- Organizing and handling onboarding meetings with new employees- Monitoring the monthly deadlines related to the employment (hirings & leavings, contracts, trial periods, etc) updated within the HR system (Workday)- Ensuring the link with the HR Shared Service regarding payroll monthly processes

Analysis and Reporting- Regularly update various HR monitoring tools (Workday, dashboards, etc.).- Collaborating in the monitoring of HR budget.

HR Development and Projects- Participating in the design of HR department communications- Supporting the deployment of key HR processes and campaigns- Helping to the CSE meetings preparation and organizing professional elections

  • Who you are:_
  • Master's degree in human resources or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR roles within fashion companies preferably with a focus on retail business
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Spanish would be much appreciated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Precision, attention to the details, flexibility and with team working attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly complex work environment
