  • In this position, the intern will work under the management of the Safety Manager
  • Context:
  • Safety and Environment roadmaps have to be accelerated, part of our 3E program. Support to Operations have to be accelerated in these domains to reach our ambition.
  • Purpose:
  • Build a HSE simplified tool box and related training modules for all employees from management to operator
  • Responsibilities And Tasks:
  • Based on Group Safety plan, He/She is in charge of providing simplified tools, easy to understand
  • He/She is in charge of providing training modules of the simplified tools ,
  • He/She is in charge of providing best format and best deployment strategy of these tools ( e learning, mgt module, virtual reality, glasses, workshop coaching,)
  • He/She is in charge of building communication, interfacing with Group communication team.

  • Expected results:
  • Improve ratio of training in key tools
  • Usage of tools
  • Position sizing:
  • Report to Group Safety manager
  • Transfunctional position
  • What We Are Looking For:
  • General education: Engineering or University degree
  • Safety knowledge/culture with Operational mindset
  • Structured, Problem solving and logical mindset
  • Rigorous, assertive, autonomous, out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills / Fluent in writing and speaking English and French.
