What You Can Expect:


Develop and deploy strategic commercial skills for our sales force in ZB (Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and other roles that might be relevant).

Enhance the performance of ZB's sales teams by developing their selling skills, business management and people leadership competencies, using best-in-class programs.


How You Create Impact:


  • Design & deliver training & developmental content that is aligned with our Sales Academy "Road to Excellence" and CE Marks

Key initiatives include:
Coaching, Business Acumen, Stakeholder Mapping, Selling Skills, Account Segmentation & Planning, Implementation follow-up metrics,

  • Develop relationships with ZB team members to gain strong understanding of training needs and adapt programs to support the further development of commercial team members.
  • Develop online content for selflearning via Loop and other platforms.
  • Manage internal & external communications for programs, including newsletters, LinkedIn, Loop, to various stakeholders, including delegates, their managers, and the wider organization.
  • Measuring effectiveness: standardize metrics across inperson and digital channels, continuous evaluation & reporting of effectiveness outcomes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders including regional RVPs, Marketing, Country Managers, Compliance, Event Management, etc, to develop and deliver highquality commercial programs.
  • Partner with external vendors to identify costefficient ways to improve our programs.
  • Provide regular systematic project reports on progress to ZB LT/Senior Management.
  • Analysis and reporting of programs aligned to key indicators, reflect changing needs & new metrics in standard monthly reporting.
  • Identify key talents within ZB and create a network of internal champions and ambassadors.
  • Drive adoption of selected tools that support our audiences before, during & after their training.
  • Deliver ROI of key training & development investments by breathing KPIs and inspiring others.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Education or Business (MSc / MBA preferred).
  • Fluent in English is a must; fluent in French and/or Italian is a strong preference.
  • Experience of other European languages is an advantage.

What Will Make You Successful:


  • 5 years sales experience working with customers/professional staff in medical devices/healthcare.
  • Experience in planning & delivery of education & promotional events and generating new ideas to streamline operations & enhance efficiency.
  • Knowledge of complex decisionmaking in Hospitals and how to influence it through multiple stakeholders.
  • Sales management experience is an advantage, particularly in the healthcare environment.
  • Experience working in an international environment, with a matrix org chart and remote teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working alongside staff and other stakeholders in the organization.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training programs on sales skills, coaching, sales management.
  • High competency with Office tools//iPhone/IT systems; additional digital experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with LMS systems and Articulate360 (desirable).
  • Engrained habit of working with CRM tools to monitor the business and drive opportunities.
  • Metric mindset, speaks KPIs, assesses needs, tracks performance and reportsout to others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation & large group facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Change management experience with proven track record on high levels of adaptability.
  • Able to articulate value propositions to drive adoption of new processes/tools to skeptical audiences.
  • Ethical mindset and accountable for personal actions, project activities and self/team deliverables.
  • Ability to promote a respectful and positive work culture where team comes before self.
