Job Title:
Head of Prescription - France

Location:
Hybrid, Paris

Galderma is looking for a Head of Prescription to lead the Prescription Business Unit in France.

As a key member of the French Management Team, you will have full P&L responsibility for the Prescription business. You will be managing a team of around 29 people plus 4 direct reports.

Your mandate is to ensure that Galderma's prescription business maintains its profitability and size and get the team ready for the launch of an exciting new prescription product.

Key Tasks- Accountable for the Prescription P&L for Galderma France with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth- Represent France in all Prescription Global Business Unit meetings- Management of Galderma France's Prescription commercial operations; setting and executing business strategy and objectives to drive growth and profitability- Develop operating plans, policies and short
- and long-term objectives for the Prescription business

Establish and maintain good external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Health Care Organisations and Government Authorities to create an understanding of Galderma's products and to differentiate them from other products on the market
Review financial statements, sales results, and activity reports to ensure that organisation's objectives are being achieved
Provide people leadership for the Prescription business to ensure optimal team performance

Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years' experience of senior level roles French Pharmaceutical Industry- Prior Prescription Pharma sales and marketing management (Dermatology a plus)- Experience launching a new prescription product- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities- P&L experience- Portfolio management- Professional level French and English
