Our company is our E-Commerce Business into success in France.

The role will be part of a growing and talented South/West cluster structure while collaborating strongly with our central teams in Europe.


The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows as management team is expecting E-Commerce to be a key channel to keep our brand ahead of the strong growth curve that we are already on.

The E-Commerce Account Manager in France will play a critical role creating substantial opportunities with strategic partners in the E-Commerce business.

Strategic context and Value proposition

Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with us, a world leader in connected cameras.

Verisure acquired all rights to our European business, in particular the exclusive distribution rights for our branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail.

Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with our whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of our camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.

Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels.

Instead, we drive our core go to market channels:
direct field sales, Alliances and telesales.

The acquisition of our Europe now gives us a leadership strong position in these two emerging and important future emerging channels for our business.

This transaction has strategic importance. Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Our Europe is a newly acquired division that is the leader on the Smart Home Market in Europe.

The E-Commerce Account Manager for our company will support our growth in line with a strong and visionary Management that is creating a robust business plan for value creation.


Responsibilities:


The Ecommerce Account Manager will be responsible for the daily running and all activities / responsibilities associated with our E-Commerce business in France.

It is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to become a key member of a dynamic sales and marketing team supporting our business unit.


Organizational Relationships:

This position will work closely with E-commerce Director, Sales Teams, Product management team, Finance & operations, Marketing (Brand & Acquisition).


Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborative planning and working with local and central Sale and Marketing teams to deliver the following:
  • Learn to build and launch and online marketing plan to support quarterly targets under supervision of EMEA lead, as well as monitor the results and propose corrective actions to ensure achievement of target.
  • Create NPI (new product introduction) from planning, full launch activities and product life cycle management.
  • Manage all pure player online accounts including Amazon and DTC (midterm)
  • Amazon fundamentals to ensure discoverability is maximized whilst ensuring sales conversation is not compromised.
  • Monitor stock levels of Ecommerce players and distribution partners to ensure optimum product availability. Measured internally with daily KPIs.
  • Implement official price policy and actions from product managers.
  • Devise and monitor marketing campaigns, launch and evaluate, amend stock levels against sales out performance.
  • Report every week to VPs / top management on core metrics in place at EMEA level.
  • Manage new launch review program

Additional sales support and analytics:

  • Every Monday morning collect the sales reports (Vendor Central) and convert them to account € POS reporting.
