- Gestion et coordination du bureauAccueillir et installer les visiteurs, gérer le standard téléphonique avec professionnalisme et convivialitéRéceptionner et distribuer le courrier, les plis et les colisAssurer la gestion et la réservation des salles de réunionCommander et gérer les fournitures de bureau pour le SiègeSuivre les factures et relancer les départements concernés pour validationApporter un support à la gestion des systèmes de suivi des notes de frais et des réservations de voyages et hôtelsAssurer le lien avec les prestataires pour la petite maintenance des locaisAssurer la communication des informations importantes pour le Siège
