The Role

Does the idea of working with a large set of information and complex data, using innovative analysis techniques in order to achieve the best solutions for different businesses and for leading global brands in the market attract you?

If you're experienced in the FMCG industry and are used to building and managing strong and trusting relationships with clients based on impactful data insights; as well as undertaking tasks with an enthusiastic, positive can-do attitude and be able to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time - then this is the right project for you

This Global Client Manager role will be supporting the Europanel P&G Global team working closely on Personal Care categories.

This position will involve a high level of client interaction, relationship management (both internally and within our GFK/Kantar network) as well as designing and delivering impactful multi-country projects for a wide range of contacts and business needs.

We expect you to be able to drive client impact by maximizing the use of purchase panel insight, influence an audience and collaborate internally and externally to grow and develop successful relationships.


You'll be experiencing working for one of the top consumer goods manufacturers of the world and learn about how a big account like P&G prepares to grow their brands across the world.

Key outcomes

  • Lead major projects by being responsible for the development and delivery of high profile, multicountry insights and recommendations.
  • Secure the production & interpretation of analysis with a focus on finding patterns in the data highlighting key priorities and making recommendations.
  • Building a strong commercial plan on the areas of focus you will identify with your Global Account Director.
  • Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on widening our network, identifying client issues, and increasing the contribution of Europanel services.
  • Develop a partnership approach to collaborate with colleagues in Europanel, country contacts across GfK & Kantar Worldpanel and other agencies.
  • Contribute to Global Team workstreams and priorities as part of the team account plan.
Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this

  • Minimum of 23 years of previous professional experience in Client Management (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a proven record on building successful relationships with clients.
  • Business proficiency in English (B2 Level required).
  • Experience delivering insight based consultative projects with the ability to provide value added client insights
