- Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié entre la fonction RH et le Business pour toutes les activités.
- Vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des politiques et normes RH de KWS tout en tenant compte des exigences locales.
- Vous offrez des conseils aux collaborateurs, tout en soutenant et challengeant avec les managers sur divers sujets : système de gestion des performances, planification et prévision des coûts du personnel, gestion des talents, succession, parcours professionnels, formations, résolution de conflits, etc.
- Vous jouez un rôle décisif dans l'identification, l'attraction et le développement des meilleurs talents pour KWS.
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié entre les Expert Hubs RH, GBO RH et le Business, en veillant à fournir les informations, rapports et analyses nécessaires pour appuyer les processus décisionnels de l'entreprise.
- Vous participez et/ou pilotez des projets visant à améliorer les processus et les flux de travail.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en psychologie, en gestion des ressources humaines, en droit du travail ou dans un domaine équivalent.
- Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle en RH au sein d'une entreprise opérant à l'international, avec des connaissances pratiques en gestion de projet.
- Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion des talents, gestion de la performance, planification des coûts du personnel, recrutement et développement personnel.
- Vous savez analyser les indicateurs clés RH pour en déduire des objectifs et formuler des recommandations avec un esprit critique et une approche économiquement efficace.
- Vos excellentes compétences en communication vous permettent de faire preuve de diplomatie tout en restant assertif lorsque nécessaire.
- Vous avez une maîtrise des systèmes informatiques pertinents, tels que Microsoft, et la connaissance de SAP est un plus.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais, et les déplacements font partie de vos centres d'intérêt.

Description
Dans le cadre de notre initiative ONEGLOBE, nous recherchons un(e) HR Business Partner (H/F) pour nos entités locales en France. Vous agirez en tant que partenaire stratégique pour l'entreprise, avec pour mission principale de déployer et développer la stratégie RH globale au niveau local dans nos différentes implantations françaises. Votre rôle sera axé sur l'accompagnement et le développement des équipes chez KWS, tout en veillant à ce que les stratégies, programmes et politiques soient conformes aux réglementations locales. De plus, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de nos différentes Business Units en assurant un suivi rigoureux des activités de recrutement et en garantissant une communication transparente ainsi qu'un accompagnement sur les besoins locaux en formation.
Ce poste est basé en France, dans l'une de nos stations (Mons-en-Pévèle, Roye, Champhol, Buzet) et est à durée indéterminée.
