At Sendinblue, all Sibers evolve in a multicultural, caring, and flexible environment.

We are an international team composed of tech & non-tech profiles looking for talents that share our values: Empower the Customer, Build up Together, Impact First, Humbly Open, and People Company.

We are looking for an EMEA Event Manager who will be working with the Marketing team (+50 team members).

You will report to the Brand & Communications Lead and will work in very close collaboration with the Brand Managers and the Head of Enterprise Marketing in order to deliver exceptional and impactful events from start to finish through excellent communication, operational, and logístical skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and executing various events within Europe such as trade shows, conferences, and internally hosted events.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who has a strong understanding and practical experience in event management.

You have an inherent motivation to constantly find new, and creative ways to maximize event results and to create an experience for visitors and attendees.

In this role, you'll work both with internal teams (marketing, revenue, creative) and external providers (printing & shipping services, production agencies, catering) to align all stakeholders and ensure the success of our events.

This is an incredible opportunity to drive tangible impact in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.

As an Event Coordinator, you will:

  • Be responsible for organizing logistics, graphics, entertainment & activation, catering, and all other event needs with different providers and team members.
  • Consistently communicate with stakeholders throughout the event planning process to centralize information such as event details, project timeline, and key deadlines. You will serve as a point of contact for the revenue and marketing teams during all event planning phases.
  • Propose an event strategy and event enhancements to achieve the project objectives.
  • Manage event budget and offer suggestions to maximize it
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure the production of marketing assets for sales and branding purposes during the event.
  • Attend the events you organize to ensure their successful completion,
which will require a substantial amount of travel within the EU.

What will contribute to your success:

  • At least 2 to 3+ years' of significant experience in event management. This has provided you with the ability to execute large events with an extensive number of participants, such as trade shows.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with all levels of stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while executing tasks independently and efficiently
  • Fluent in English and French. An additional European language such as Spanish or German is a strong plus.
  • A creative problem solver, resourceful, and team player who can build excellent relationships with various stakeholders through proactive communications
  • An ambitious and proactive approach to projects with a calm, flexible, and resilient mindset to handle different event needs.
  • Previous experience in tech or software companies is a plus
  • Nice to have: Graphic design notions to communicate effectively with providers and our creative team.

What we offer:
