Your main mission will be to manage Paradox's social networks along with the social media team in place and with the end goal of making Paradox brands the most iconic brands in their field.


Every day, you will strive to create outstanding content to inspire our community and bring the tools and strategies to the people who dare to dream big.


This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

But making it happen is quite hard without finding what truly inspires you and learning the soft skills you need to get there : productivity, leadership, public speaking, coaching, stress management


This is why we craft trainings & educational content to provide
a set of tools and strategies centered around soft skills, self-growth and performance.


We deliver through apps, e-learning platforms, events and a strong social media presence.


Paradox has one goal:
to help people and organizations live their true ambition


The challenge is that some people experience learning as boring, too hard, or on the contrary : for losers.
Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories

It needs to change


So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)..

to reverse engineer their strategies.


Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)


So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.


And with them we have 3 dreams:

  • Helping people achieve 1 dream and stick their pictures on a wall we call the dreams WALL
  • Have Will Smith and Richard Branson in our next documentary
  • Reinvent Education & Create a badass platform to develop yourself

YOUR MISSION:

Your mission will be to help the ambitious defy the statu quo and live the life that truly inspires them.

But first, let's start with a little bit of context

Paradox has 3 brands :
David Laroche's personal brand, Effective Coaching Institute and last but not least, Business Impact.

For this matter, and as one of Paradox's Social Media Managers, here are your 6 main missions:

1) Make Paradox's social networks skyrocket:

  • Your goal will be to help develop the brand awareness of Paradox's brands and showcase their vibe and values in all kinds of content (video, image, written, audio), across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and in every single interaction with the community.
  • Implementing victorious tactics, strategies and systems to deliver extraordinary pieces of content to our audience will be your daily focus

2) Create a "machine" at producing AWE for our audience:

  • Lead the creation process of our different pieces of content
  • Extract the most relevant and suitable parts of our massive stock of video content and manage their redistribution strategically by adapting them to the different social media formats while making them attractive for our social networks
    (this requires to be more than at ease with the different social media platforms and have a deep understanding of the subtleties and continuous updates of each platform)
  • Create a culture of constant improvement by giving feedback to the social media team members, challenging them to improve on what they do and their ability to reflect our vibe and values.

3) Make our community engagement grow:

  • Plan content strategically, taking into account the various growth factors (audience peak, formats naturally boosted by the algorithm and so on).
