The challenge


Adobe is looking for a Partner Engagement Manager for the Education market with prior success selling software into an established territory.

This role will work on Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolio with specific focus on driving Adobe's partner business in Education.

Based in France, the main focus is to drive growth in terms of annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the Education business with a set of designated Partners in the territory but also engaging directly with customers and gov bodies.

The Partner Engagement Manager is responsible to define and build partners' competences to fit into the multichannel strategy of Adobe and work as a link between Adobe and the Partners.

Measures of success include revenue delivered vs.

targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction levels, and contribution to overall sales team and the Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud business units.

What you'll do
Drive specific product annual recurring revenue in the territory - selling Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, including Adobe Sign, into the Education (EDU) marketplace

Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales opportunities together with your partners to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs and business objectives.

Identify, develop, nurture, monitor and report performance for each deal/partnership accurately and efficiently; report on progress to leadership as needed.

Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings including Adobe Sign.

You will also be responsible for engaging with partners in your assigned territory and ensuring that they have the information they need to position the Adobe value proposition in the education market.

Own the planning and execution for Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Demand Generation. Building joint partner business plans and implementing quarterly sales and marketing programs to deliver them
Work close within your designated Partners to lead, manage and participate in the activities you planned that drive product adoption, active use, Adobe awareness and customer satisfaction
Increasing sales through the partners by aligning them to our sales teams, working to identify target accounts, joint account mapping, forecasting, business & pipeline reviews and positioning our solutions

Support partners on a day to day basis with all queries relating to Adobe products, licensing programs, customer queries, request and challenges - this takes up much of our time.

What you need to succeed
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Native France, fluency in English, any other language is a plus
Ability to forge and maintain good business relationships using a Creative problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.

Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting is essential. Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess partnership performance and make recommendations for each account.
Knowledge of education system in the specific territories and Universities procurement approach is a plus
Team player with strength in managing a matrix organization
You'll be self-sufficient with an attitude to get things done and so you'll drive solutions and not problems
Ability to deal with change and ambiguity on a daily basis.
