The job description...

Owned strategy:

Design and implement the Owned social media strategy to strengthen the brand's presence in France and internationally.
Manage and develop original content for proprietary social media platforms.
Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on market data and trends.

Earned strategy:

Identify, establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in France.
Design collaborative campaigns to increase brand visibility through influencers.
Measure the impact of collaborations and adjust approaches accordingly.

International coordination:

Work closely with international teams to adapt and deploy Owned and Earned strategy in international markets.
Draft detailed and understandable guidelines to ensure consistent and effective implementation in diverse cultural contexts.

Strategic Intelligence:

Monitor developments in social media, consumer trends and new industry players.
Propose innovations and opportunities to keep strategies relevant and effective.

Profil:

With a 5-year higher education qualification (Business School / University) with a specialization in digital marketing, you have 3 years' experience in managing Owned social media and relations with influencers.

Skills required:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Owned social media and influencer relations.

Excellent understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.
Mastery of social media analysis tools.
Strong interest in and sensitivity to skincare products.
Influence and content agency management, strong negotiation skills.
Organization and project management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write clear and precise instructions.

Relational:

Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with influencers and international partners.
Creativity:
Ability to develop innovative ideas for content and influencer collaborations.

Education:
University degree in marketing, communications or social media.

Technical skills:
