Purpose of the JobAre you a seasoned professional seeking a dynamic role that offers independence and strategic influence? We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team, operating within the regional account direction and WOW (Ways of working).
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the timely development and delivery of solutions, aligning with operational and financial business targets.
Key Responsibilities- The Senior Account Manager's responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, demonstrating your ability to be a strong leader with a keen focus on both the big picture and daytoday operations. This role requires a strong knowledge of retail and Evin Law across both Premiums & Print materials.
- Your role will include:
- Operational Excellence: Own and drive the project cycle, delivering operational excellence and providing strategic consultancy to our valued clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, deliver high level of client service and proactively seek opportunities to maximize & grow the account.
- Team Leadership: As part of the large and diverse team you will be expected to contribute across wider EMEA team and support account strategic initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement effective growth strategies, exceeding growth targets and positioning the account for continued success.
- A clear communicator, with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects with multiple stake holders
- Strong commercial acumen & problemsolving skills
- Proven experience in the spirits/beverage industry and luxury production management
- Demonstrated success in delivering client solutions and nurturing longterm relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and daily tasks
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts
- Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
- Strong Client Service experience
- Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience
- Good understanding of Marketing Services concepts
- Naturally builds and maintains rapport with the client
- Is comfortable analysing and interpreting financial data and produces accurate reports
- Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
