Who we are ?


Richemont is moving towards a full Client centric operating model, intensifying its efforts on client knowledge and the infusion of a client data & insights culture across the organization.

In order to reach this objective, a set of strong client data foundations needs to be developed and maintained.

To reinforce our team in Paris, we are looking for a Client Data Officer to be responsible of these client data foundations (permanent position).

You will be part of the Richemont Group Marketing Department working closely with all Richemont Maisons and corporate departments. You will be joining the Client Marketing practice that leads the Client centricity transformation and the Group Client ecosystem.


The Client Data Officer reports to the Client Data, Knowledge & Performance Manager, both part of the Client Marketing Team.

You will integrate a dynamic, forward thinking & experienced team: a true pool of talents for the group.

This experience will provide you a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of client data use cases & priorities within the luxury industry.


What's the role?


As a Client Data Officer, your mission is to ensure the continuous delivery and development of three pillars: (1) The development of the Groups' Client Data Framework (The Groups" Client Data reference within Cloud environment).

(2) The maintenance and expansion of Client BI Capabilities in Looker.

And finally (3) The continuous development of the Groups' Client Analytics & Modeling platform from a strategic and architectural standpoint.

Your mission is to deliver several Client Data Products to answer our internal clients questions and business needs. You will be integrating the Client Marketing department part of Group Marketing. We support all Maisons of the Group with pragmatism and benevolence, excellence in service and a trustful relationship.

  • You will manage a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data/Analytics Engineers and Visualization specialists
  • Make sure (in collaboration with tech teams) that all client data ecosystem and architecture decisions support the delivery of Client Analytics & Modeling platform and Activation Ecosystem
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of Client Data products in line with the business needs of our internal clients (Maisons)
  • Ensure proper followup and create enablers to deploy Customer Data Strategy
  • Drive the development of our Business Intelligence capacities through optimized and relevant Client reporting in Looker
  • Drive the development of the reference framework for client data in Cloud environment (CDP)
  • Support POs to drive the vision and roadmap of their products
  • Support POs to drive the adoption of your client data products: communicate internally about features, their evolutions, and the vision they carry
  • In collaboration with tech teams, ensure quality and accessibility of Client Data products for all stakeholders
  • Drive client data structuration and modelization in all systems
  • Work closely with our tech team to improve data quality and all our customer data pipelines in GCP and Salesforce environment
  • Work closely with tech teams to ensure that correct processes are put in place to monitor proper client data ingestion in our Datalake, Dataware and Datamarts
  • Monitor and survey innovative technologies and projects to bring forward proposal and persuade

Who you are?

  • You have a Master in Engineering, Data Science, statistics or Digital Marketing
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a position on Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data Science or Big Data
  • A first experience in a management position
  • Experience in manipulating data in a cloud environment and using different digital tools (i

google cloud, AI plateform, CRM for Marketing etc.)

  • You are a natural leader capable of onboarding the organization on complex topics
  • You are an ingenious solution seeker
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills to draw attention to significant and important facts
  • You are pragmatic and solution oriented
  • Fluent French and English is mandatory for this role.
The position is based in Paris (8th arrondissement) with currently 2 days work from home/week.
