JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a passionate Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the Loop Brand Partnershipsteam in France.

We are looking for a hard worker who is a fervent believer in Loop's missionand is not afraid of challenges and fast-growth in an evolving startup environment.

Thisposition has huge potential for growth and evolution within the team as the business isdeveloping rapidly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pioneering a breakthrough circular economy initiative and leading Loop's top partners' success.

Additionally, we expect this Brand Partnerships Manager to support the management and coaching of junior team members.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage direct report(s) and own project management in planning/execution of brands' transition to reusable packaging and instore launch/expansion
  • Lead the development of the portfolio for major instore launches in France in 2023 and support brands' sales and marketing activities
  • Lead regional assortment growth and strategic planning with Loop's key brand partners and their top management which will include working closely with Loop's GM, COO &CEO
  • Manage day to day relationships with Loop's crossfunctional team to support brands' packaging development and integration into Loop's systems
  • Communicate and present project updates and recommendations to key stakeholders internally & externally
  • Contribute to defining, developing and optimizing internal processes
  • Leadership role in local office responsible for mentoring direct reports/juniors/peers in and driving team connectiveness

Requirements:


  • True passion for TerraCycle's mission to eliminate the idea of waste
  • BA/BS with strong business acumen required. Master's a plus
  • 24 years of professional experience in Consumer Goods or related industry required
  • Exceptional French and English communication skills: adept at building and managing relationships, able to work crossfunctionally and to communicate clear and compelling project updates.
  • Strong strategic and creative problemsolving skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills: agile mindset, flexible and easily adaptable to new challenges
  • Experience/strong interest in managerial opportunities
  • Thrives in highpressure situations while working through complex projects
  • Comfortable working as a member of a team as well as pursuing projects independently
