Mission:

• Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and Inperson events from kickoff to postmeeting review.
• Responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects following our highquality standards and best practices to ensure great client experience.
• Make sure all of the events are executed within the agreed deadlines.
• Use our powerful Backstage CMS to tailormake the clients' apps and to ensure the best participants' experience before, during, and after the event.
• Brief and manage the assigned operations team (Live coordinator,Live producer, Onsite coordinator)

Requirements & Skills:

• Fluent in English
• French, German, or another language will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, always meeting deadlines.
• Detailoriented, highstandards achiever without excuses
• Excellent computer skills and techsavviness
• Proficiency with Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
• Eligible to travel internationally, if necessary
• Past experience in an Event Agency, PCO, or other eventrelated position is a plus.
