Your role:


As Quality & Process Expertyou will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the business operations within the EMEA Customer Excellence Team (Customer Service) in Life Science Business Area.

You will ensure our processes comply with ISO 9001 standards and support the Customer Excellence strategy.


You will manage processes and documentation related to quality management and contribute to initiatives that promote continuous improvement, foster a quality culture.

You will be a key contact for internal and external audits, providing documentation and information as needed.

You will lead and participate in activities / projects to support customer satisfaction implementing effective change management processes.

You will act as a change agen and yoyu are comfortable in a dynamic organization.

**Who you are: - Master's degree in a related field (Quality, Project Management, Sales), and 3+ years professional experience in a customer facing environment

  • Experience in managing processes and documentation
  • Good negotiation skills and diplomatic approach
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management practices is a plus.
  • English fluent (written, spoken). One additional language will be an asset
