- Advise SWA Product Management on strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
- Lead technical discussions with Group Security.
- Improve proxy product performance, security, and features.
- Engage with vendors on service requests and incidents.
- Support BAU service provider on level 3 activities and guide L2 teams.
- Manage incident resolution for web gateway operations.
- Assess and implement new customer demands on proxy configurations.
- Define technical standards and prepare documentation.
- Analyze internet activities for security and performance.
- Integrate web gateway with the overall environment.
- Manage McAfee Web Gateway solutions both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Migrate users to McAfee Web Gateway Cloud solution.
- Network and security technologies.
- Strong experience with McAfee Web Gateway (SkyHigh).
- Knowledge of other security products is a plus.
