    Mission


    We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team, with a special focus on AI-driven product innovation.

    • Set and design the vision and strategy for the best impact for user and business. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance communication, HR services, operational efficiency or integrations.
    • Champion AI adoption by inspiring colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Design end-to-end experience by leading the full design process from discovery to delivery.
    • Deeply understand users through research.
    • Facilitate alignment by running workshops and building consensus.
    • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers and Engineers.
    • Elevate design maturity by contributing to consistency and craft across the platform.

    Skills

    • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with strong end‑to‑end UX and UI skills.
    • Demonstrated expertise in AI applications in product design.
    • Passion for staying ahead of AI developments.
    • Ability to use data and insights to make decisions.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
    • Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams.
    • A portfolio showcasing design leadership.
    • Excellent communication in English.

    Bonus

    • Familiarity with mobile UX.
    • Experience with frontline or non‑desk worker audiences.
    • Fluency in French and/or German.
