Missions:
- Coordinate innovation and industrial process methodologies for customer projects
- Business Owner for OPTINOV / OPTIPRO
- Monitor OPTINOV/OPTIPRO adherence through Business Unit, Programs and Projects KPI to define division continuous improvement plan
- OPTINOV/OPTIPRO Knowledge Area management (processes, training materials, execution and reporting tools update and improvement)
- OPTINOV/OPTIPRO and Project Management related Information Systems administration / Master Data Management
- Train Division and Business Units teams to OPTINOV process and support Industrial organization for OPTIPRO training
- Provide direct operational coaching to Program population at the division
- Support Project, Programs and Engineering Centre teams during BSP exercise, Internal & External IATF16949 audits and Management Review
- Ensure the continuous development/improvement of OPTINOV/OPTIPRO & PM function within Business Unit and lead some improvement projects for the division with PMO team members.
KPI and/or main deliverables:
- Number of nonconformance during O3 and O4 IATF audits
Activities:
Coordinate innovation and industrial process methodologies for customer projects
- Business Owner for OPTINOV / OPTIPRO
- Coordinate methodologies for innovation and industrial
- Ensure the department methodologies evolutions are compliant with the OPTINOV / OPTIPRO rules, organisation and specifics.
- Ensure the participation of all impacted Business Owners for major evolutions / new initiatives within OPTINOV / OPTIPRO
- Animate OPTINOV / OPTIPRO network and ensure best practices sharing, ownership of topics and communication in between methodologies Business Owners
Monitor OPTINOV / OPTIPRO adherence through Division, Programs and Projects KPI to feed into the Division PMO progress plan
- Consolidate a yearly report with Division KPIs and specific relevant analysis for the Project Management Office and Division management teams to feed the Division PMO progress plan
- Support the Division Management team on adhoc analysis of OPTINOV / OPTIPRO related processes
OPTINOV / OPTIPRO Knowledge Area management (processes, training materials, execution and reporting tools update and improvement)
- Identify OPTINOV / OPTIPRO processes evolutions (phases, milestones, issues management, etc.) coming through PMO annual progress plan, end users feedbacks and other departments' progress plans, APQP requirements
- Integrate standards upgrades (Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms) in line Integrated Management System requirements
- Define specifications, budget and manage evolutions of execution and reporting tools with IS teams
- Ensure smooth launch, adequate deployment and followup related to the Innovation / industrial processes evolution to the local relays (Regional Industrial Directors, Key Users, etc.)
- Coordinate and approve other departments' standards updates and creations related to OPTINOV / OPTIPRO processes. Maintain the list of standards up to date and support the release of OPTINOV / OPTIPRO related standards into the IES division Document Management System
- Identify continuous improvement of existing OPTINOV / OPTIPRO training modules
- Develop new OPTINOV / OPTIPRO training modules
OPTINOV / OPTIPRO and Project Management related Information Systems administration / Master Data Management
- Business Owner of the OPTINOV/OPTIRPO. Responsible for tools evolutions and compliance with processes in collaboration with the IS team as Business owner of the process
- Administration of data in Information Systems (Templates, Customers, Engineering Centres, Manufacturing Plants, Roles, Folder structures, etc.)
- Member of IS improvement projects impacting OPTINOV / OPTIPRO or project management processes
- Management of the OPTINOV / OPTIPRO Information Systems users' access and access right segregation
- Management of the OPTINOV / OPTIPRO specific IS tool pool of licenses
- Creation of new projects inside Information Systems applicable for OPTINOV / OPTIPRO (PLM, iObeya, PAMS, etc.)
- Identify OPTINOV / OPTIPRO Master Data and support the consolidation into the PO Data Lake. Ensure the robustness of extract of this data.
