We are looking for a highly motivated TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Account Management skills:

• Total of 8 to 10 years of customer facing/liaison experience
• Good understanding of working and collaborating with Sales and Professional services organizations within NextLabs
• SAP Techno-Functional skills:
• Total of 8 to 10 years of experience
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of handson experience in SAP Technical areas including
• ABAP Programming, RICFW Developments, HANA SQL Programming, SAP Fiori Developments, OData developments
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in GRC and Security space
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HANA, S/4 HANA, Fiori and oData
• Minimum of 1year experience in SAP PLM
• Minimum of 1year experience in SAP APO
• Understanding of SAP Best Practices
• Interfacing SAP with third party systems
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of IT architecture in the SAP context
• Expertise in implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover and golive support.
• Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis, convince others
• Experience in Cloud technologies, SaaS products in SAP ecosystem

Soft skills

• Very good at communication both written and oral
• Ability to lead and drive customer presentations.
• Expertise in doing presentations to customers/business stake holders/architects.
• Ability to understand business requirements and mapping them to functional/technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good at teamwork and be a natural team player and willing to work with offshore developments team in different time zone.
• Local to France as ability to work onSite is required.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and French / German

Pay: 34,236.00€ - 142,450.41€ per year
