YOUR MISSION:
TO DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS O BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE GLOBALISATION OF THEIR E-COMMERCE:
You will work directly with the
Head of Customer Success Europe and will be responsible for:
Develop a relationship of trust and proximity with key accounts
Prepare periodic performance reports and business reviews

Generate upsell and cross sell

Build long term and consultative relationships with clients
-
Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and business
YOUR PROFILE :
ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR THE SPANISH MARKET:
Must have:
- You have
+ 2 years experience as a B2B Account Manager or CSM ideally in
payment, ecommerce, saas, transport, consulting: - You have strong
analytical skills: - You have experience in
developing a portfolio of existing clients: - You have a proven track record of
excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build win/win relationships with clients - You have a proven
track record of performance: - You are
bilingual in English and Spanish

- You are a
native spanish or have lived in Spain
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Location: Paris (1st)

Remote 2 days/week

Salary: 50K€-65K€ fixed + 10K€ variable
