YOUR MISSION:
TO DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS O BY SUPPORTING THEM IN THE GLOBALISATION OF THEIR E-COMMERCE
:
You will work directly with the
Head of Customer Success Europe and will be responsible for:


  • Develop a relationship of trust and proximity with key accounts
-
Prepare periodic performance reports and business reviews
-
Generate upsell and cross sell
-
Build long term and consultative relationships with clients
-
Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and business





YOUR PROFILE :

ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR THE SPANISH MARKET:


Must have:


  • You have
    + 2 years experience as a B2B Account Manager or CSM ideally in
    payment, ecommerce, saas, transport, consulting:
  • You have strong
    analytical skills:
  • You have experience in
    developing a portfolio of existing clients:
  • You have a proven track record of
    excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build win/win relationships with clients
  • You have a proven
    track record of performance:
  • You are
    bilingual in English and Spanish

Nice to have

  • You are a
    native spanish or have lived in Spain

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Location: Paris (1st)

Remote 2 days/week

Salary: 50K€-65K€ fixed + 10K€ variable
