Your work with us is to lead and shape an effective cross-functional team of 6-10 people of which 3-6 engineers are under your direct management.
We're constantly striving to be data driven.We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we're using Scrum as an agile framework.
Putting in place and continuously improving quality practices (code quality, testing, release management)Use your experience in software delivery to monitor the productivity of the team, embed Agile best-practices, and encourage a continuous improvement mindset to maximise the team's delivery potential
Experience introducing or improving in place Agile methodologies, such as XP/Scrum/Kanban
Previous Experience in Software engineering or in a similar field in Computer Science
Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people. Experience in high-scale migrations is highly welcome for this role
Our tech stack is PHP, VueJS and Golang, in optimal case you have experience with at least one of those
Experience in both inheriting and building software engineering teams, and growing and optimizing them;
Providing reports and insight to management - plan and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimation;
