The Opportunity

As a member of our Worldline Group Quality Team, you will contribute to optimization of Process documentation and Management System site.

You will support the team to reinforce our capacity to ensure day-to-day activities : Worldline Process Governance and ISO Certifications Management.

You will be in charge of some Power Platform & SharePoint administration projects and will be a force of proposal during the conception phases.

This mission, at the Group level, is at the heart of the business, management & support Processes.

You will have the opportunity to understand the complex mechanisms of a company the size of Worldline

and to establish a broad, international network within the company and gather insights into the different areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Power Apps administration

• of Power App databases (inventory, modeling, tests, ...) for Process governance, Document control & ISO MSC program
• transformation with Power Query
• and build Power BI dynamic dashboards (for WMS and MSC)

Automation of data synchronization flows with Power Automate

• documentation writing

SharePoint administration

• administration (sites structure, pages design, users permissions, ...) for the Worldline Management System
• documentation writing

...

Tools

• App, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint, ..
• Excel, Power Point, ...
