What you will do
As training within the advanced engineering projects group, you will be working together with an
ambitious local and global manufacturing engineering department which is full of energy.
Your role will be to manage projects and doing communication about the future technology that you will

be developing including activities such as:

Lead a multidisciplinary team to implement an intelligent data exploitation system for assembly

- data using machine learning models

Support the Volvo Vision System tool by developing computer vision algorithms.
Support the factory in this technological transition (communication, training, demonstrations,

- etc.)

Define and implement the process for using and maintaining these new technologies
Assist integration of this new technology within the group (worldwide)

You will be also working with the future of the IT platform and developing completely new concept to
fully link the new technologies to the new industrial systems.

You are motivated to work for the technology development, process improvement, project
communication and work with the future. This training within the advanced engineering organization will
give you a lot of possibilities, such as working and potentially travelling to different countries like Sweden,
Brazil, United states with different cultures and adapt your way of communicating.

Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.

Master's degree
