INTRODUCTION
***- Under the Internal Audit Director's direct authority, the Internal Audit Supervisor oversees audit staff during audits and controls engagements' organisation that evaluate corporate management and operating practices. Oversees audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepares reports, and communicates findings and recommendations to line and senior management.

  • This position requires up to 30 % of travel, mostly abroad.

YOUR MISSION:


  • Schedule proactively audit missions defined in the annual Audit Plan, including the issuance of the assignment letters
  • Define audit mission's scope in link with the risks identified, ensure its approval
  • Oversee work performance followup as required and convey findings to Internal Audit and audited managements
  • Guide Internal Audit personnel as appropriate
  • Ensure key audit steps are tested and all imperative risks are addressed
  • Ensure the availability of the audit evidences, for clarity and wellorganised documentation
  • Formulate relevant and objective conclusions, recommendations, and opinion
  • Oversee reports consolidation and production
  • Control adequacy of action plan content and timing with level of risk criticality before final report issuance

YOUR PROFILE:Proven internal audit, operational and/or financial experience, preferably for large-scale companies in the industrial domain
