Main mission:

Your main mission is to transform the order book of the Fos sur Mer mill by working on different axes: increasing the volume of high added value products, growth in profitable market segments, development of leaves and cured and oiled products.

You will act as a link between the sales teams of the different CMOs and the factory and work on a daily basis with the different departments of the factory: quality, product development, production, internal logistics, supply chain.

You will act as project manager and coordinator.

Your main activities are:

In collaboration with commercial teams (account managers and CTS), identify development ideas for the Fos sur Mer mill
Convert into projects ideas with enough stakes and return on investment
Launch and supervise new product developments and extensions of feasibility
Follow up volume ramp up and monitor profitability
Implement a governance of the commercial transformation program of the mill
Support the finishing mill department in order to reach a level of reliability and productivity necessary to develop the "sheets" offer
Develop an offer of black coils with improved surface aspect (including internal storage)
As a copilot, build and supervise a multiyear plan to debottleneck the downstream area of the mill (post Hot Strip Mill)
