Description
The Euronext Business Continuity team is looking for a Business Continuity Internship. The mission is to assist the team in all tasks.In particular, it will cover the following areas:
- Participation in the deployment of the BIA/BCP campaign (reporting, training, meeting organization, follow-up meeting to update documentation)
- Participate to the mass notification quarterly test (setting, reporting & consolidation of data, communication)
- Updating and optimizing the reference database on the monitoring of BCM documentation
- Administration of central repository
- Ensuring the reporting of the 2023 BCM roadmap internally, to the Group and to the entities.
- Internal automatization and processes improvement
- Develop toolkits to enable operations to be conducted efficiently in time of crisis (reflex cards, directories, evaluation grids, etc.)
- Participate in meetings with different teams and committees
- Participate in the implementation of the business continuity and risk management awareness and training plan
Skills required:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse, summarise and present information
- Ability to organise and execute work efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Autonomy

- Bac+4/5 or gap year Sciences Po, Business Schools, Risk management Master Degree
- Knowledge in risk and business continuity management
- Interest in Crisis management
- Project Management skills

- Autonomous and able to take the initiative
- Fluent in French and English
