    Description
    Being part of the Enterprise IT department in Schneider Digital global function as a Senior Business Analyst, your role will be to drive an effective and efficient support process in close collaboration with Schneider Digital and our vendors to the benefit of our business stakeholders.

    Your scope will cover multiple countries across Europe, an you will be serve front offices on their ERP needs by managing the IT demands in accordance with the overall Schneider Digital strategy.

    You will ensure local involvement as well as local adoption of the solution and provide functional specifications for change requests for run activities and PS module deployment projects including customizing specifications.

    It will be crucial to establish good relationships with key stakeholders and users within your scope.

    Your key responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst :

    Operations
    • Ensure operational stability as well as operational efficiency across the support model
    • Drive an effective support process
    • Accountable for critical incidents management
    • Manage operational and functional lifecycle of IT subject in a perspective of end-to-end business processes
    Enhancements
    • Follow and manage local project or enhancement realization. Clarifies needs expressed by users, do a first validation of request (looks for alternative on standard solution, verify compatibility with core process and solution).
    • Transforms the user request into a demand understandable by solution partner (i.e. functional specification)
    • Follow up on quality and test of final solution both with vendor/solution and business partner
    Local and Global Projects
    • Deliver local and global projects within the Sub DevOps scope (Sales)
    • Prioritisation of projects and activities to fit Schneider Digital priorities, taking input from the various Zones
    • Manage and challenge project demands from business, ensure they are driven forward either by use of suppliers or other Schneider Digital teams
    • Work closely with global capabilities owners
    • Follows up and understand new evolutions within perimeter to be promote re-use of functionality available, communicate on change information's
    Supplier management
    • Be the contact person for Partners within Front Office activities
    Stakeholder management
    • Be an integral part of the business, establishes sound relationship to functional key users and other key stakeholders (e.g. senior management, site mgt.)
    • Ensures that business needs are correctly considered by other teams/partners follow up realization, provide regular report on demand
    • Setup regular Service Follow up meeting with Business
    • Provide information about new evolutions/projects/enhancements
    • Follow up action plan to address issues and business needs
    Your profile and background

    Education:
    • Academic degree from a technical university, an MBA, or an engineer degree in information systems management
    Certifications:
    • SAP Project and Services (PS) - not mandatory but a real advantage
    Job Related Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP system in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment
    • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices
    • Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, test, and implementation
    Technical Skills:
    • Skills with SAP ECC/S/4 Hana
    • Broad IT knowledge and experience
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of ITIL best practice and can convert this into improvements for daily operations
    • Coordination of resources, leading small teams
    • Previous experience from similar industries is an advantage
    Soft Skills:
    • Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partners
    • Excellent Communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm
    • Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
    • Has experience working with others on a global basis
    Language:
    • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
