Description
Poste : Sous l'intitulé de poste de KAM Régionale CHR Paris et Île-de-France, le candidat sera responsable de la gestion de la dynamique commerciale des distributeurs spécialisés sur la zone Paris - IDF. Relevant du Directeur Régional Paris IDF et en collaboration avec l'équipe de direction des clients nationaux, il aura pour missions principales la définition et la mise en place de la politique commerciale régionale, la négociation des accords, l'activation promo, l'accompagnement des forces de vente, la gestion des événements régionaux, la recommandation stratégique et la coordination des stratégies nationales au niveau local. Il devra également assurer le relais local des stratégies nationales sur l'univers distributeurs, recommander et exécuter des plans d'action, ainsi que activer les forces de vente des distributeurs sur les réseaux concernés. En outre, il devra assurer la liaison avec les clients finaux en leur fournissant des informations et des plans d'action.
Management.
Profil : Le KAM Régionale CHR Paris et Île-de-France devra posséder une formation supérieure (Bac +4 minimum) ainsi qu'une solide expérience terrain AFH/Hors domicile et une forte connaissance de la distribution. Les compétences requises incluent le goût du challenge, le sens du relationnel, l'autonomie, les capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, la force de recommandation, la prise de recul et de hauteur, ainsi que la gestion de la transversalité. Ce poste est basé en région parisienne (Ile-de-France).
