    Summary: We are seeking an experienced Captain to join our team aboard a 40m motor yacht.

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Italian-built yachts, holding a Master 500gt license, and possessing excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing the crew, ensuring high standards of guest services, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to strict scheduling and paperwork protocols.

    • STCW + Refresher
    • ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
    • Passport
    • Good verifiable references
    VISA requirements: Schengen if needed for Europe.
