We are currently looking for a
Deputy Accounting Manager to support our growth.


Role and Responsibilities**- Manage the Accounting team & follow up on their tasks

  • Responsible, together with the Accounting & Tax Director, for all accounting routines in compliance with the standards of the company, local tax and accounting regulations
  • Coordinate the accounting operations (daily & Month-End Closing): account payables, intercompany transactions, general ledger analysis, banking transactions, fixed assets, salaries, account receivables
  • Generate and ensure accuracy and timely of monthly reporting
  • Prepare & help managing the statutory audits
  • Communicate with other departments within the company or external such as auditors or tax authorities
  • Responsible, together with the Accounting & Tax Director, for all tax routines in compliance with local regulations

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience


  • Preferably BAC +

  • ERP & Excel skills + tech appetence (tools & softwares)
  • Team spirit, proactiveness, autonomy and excellence
  • Comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
  • Rigoureous, Organized, know how to prioritize
  • High level of energy, positivism and hard working capabilities

Preferred
Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment or in the medical industry
