Your role

Your main mission will be to market our software offering:
Project detection through prospecting on priority targets
Qualification of needs and organization of meetings
Preparation and execution of product demonstrations
Formalize proposals, define pricing and adjust contracts
Responding to calls for proposals in collaboration with the pre-sales team
Participate in negotiations and monitor project start-up
Standardize, update, and improve product demonstrations for the sales team
Development and retention of signed accounts and relationship follow-up

The secondary mission is to contribute to:
Active prospecting at professional tradeshows
Participation in partnership and indirect sales activities
Competitive intelligence to identify differentiators

‍Competencies

You have the following professional experience:
A first experience in the SaaS ecosystem (preferably international)
Significant experience with prospects/ complex customers
Functional knowledge of the training world (LMS, TMS)
Introductory knowledge of several IT issues (IT security, RGPD, infra)
Ability to design support materials for presentations, etc.

Your main assets:

Fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
Ability to communicate and persuade
Autonomy in making presentations/demonstrations
Pedagogy and customer service skills
Good interpersonal skills
Clear and effective communication, impact speech
Proactivity and organization in the search for information
